Category B fit out undertaken on a vacant floor within an occupied building to provide new meeting rooms, an auditorium/function area, cellular and open plan office space. The scheme included creating two new reception areas as the floor plate had a dual entrance off the central lift lobby. The feature finishes included split wood paneling, natural stone and timber plank raft ceilings.
