Network Building is a substantial new development involving the strip out, demolition, basement box and core works procured via a standalone contract. The building is challenged by the London viewing corridor (LVMF) which necessitates reduced storey heights and structural complexities. The team undertook a significant study to investigate enabling office to science use.
