We’ll see you on the (virtual) start line! From 12 February to 24 March, we will be competing in Stanhope’s virtual Journey for Jobs race. Our team – Andrew Bennett, Chris Zerdzinski, David Happell, Martin Broughton and Niall Aitken – will be cycling, running, walking and swimming 2,000 miles, the distance from Vancouver to Vegas!
This virtual race is driven by the Stanhope Foundation's mission of breaking down barriers to employment, enabling individuals to unlock their potential and gain purpose and hope that comes with meaningful work. The Stanhope Foundation was set up to partner with charities that support individuals facing unemployment due to various challenges, including first-time job seekers, those returning to work after a break, and individuals overcoming health-related obstacles.
All proceeds from the ride will go towards supporting charities including Maggie’s, St Mungo's, Construction Youth Trust, The Prince's Trust, Mencap and The Mayor's Fund for London.
If you like to show your support, please make a donation here and let’s go the extra mile to help get people into employment!
