David specialises in the commercial office sector, leading new build, reinvention, and fit out projects for many of the UK's foremost property developers. His clients include notable companies such as Landsec, Brockton Capital, Brookfield, CLI Dartriver, and GPE, among others.
David particularly enjoys the early stages of projects, where he develops cost and procurement strategies to guide clients and design teams in delivering class-leading projects.
