Will has extensive experience delivering complex, award-winning and sustainable new build and refurbishment projects. He focuses on major commercial office and mixed-use developments, helping clients create workplaces that balance design ambition with environmental responsibility and long-term adaptability.

His portfolio includes Hill House, n2, 1 Triton Square, 50 Finsbury Square, Holden House, the Network W1 and White Collar Factory. Before joining exigere in 2022, Will spent 12 years at AECOM, where he worked on high-profile schemes including Landsec’s Nova East development, GPE’s 50 Finsbury Square and Derwent London’s 50 Baker Street, Network Building, Bush House and White Collar Factory.

Will brings a particular focus on retrofit and façade performance, leading exigere’s façades specialist working group and helping clients make informed decisions about re-use, energy efficiency and carbon reduction. His expertise in data collection and benchmarking supports better evaluation of project performance, ensuring workplaces are both commercially and environmentally resilient.
