William Bell

Will has vast experience in delivering complex and multi-award winning, sustainable new build and refurbishment projects and is an expert in managing data collection and client benchmarking.

Will joined exigere as a partner in 2022 and focuses on commercial office and mixed-use schemes, both new build and refurbishment having worked on a wide range of complex and award winning projects, most recently Landsec’s Hill House. Before joining exigere, Will spent 12 years at AECOM where he worked on a number of schemes including Landsec’s n2, Nova East development, GPE’s 50 Finsbury Square and Derwent London's 50 Baker Street, Network Building, Bush House and White Collar Factory. William is a member of the BCO, WPA and CPA and leads the facades specialist working group.
