Clapham Junction's iconic Arding & Hobbs building has undergone an extensive transformation from a grade II listed department store to a contemporary mix of retail, leisure and workspace.
The redevelopment of the site involved repairs to the existing structure and partial demolition of some internal structural elements, to refurbish and develop the space, as well as a modern extension on the roof, set back from the existing façade.
