Cut and carve refurbishment of a six-storey office in Spitalfields
The refurbishment for Global Holdings entailed a single-storey roof extension, with partial roof terrace extensions on three lower floors. All services and windows were replaced, as well as decentralising the plant with MVHR systems to each office floor.
