Refurbishment of a Grade II listed villa with substantial new build elements to create a private residence. A number of previous unsympathetic additions were demolished, and the retained element substantially altered. Works include two new contemporary wings, a gym, swimming pool, cinema and a new mansard roof completed the scheme.
