Providing 8,500 new homes within the Otterpool Park Garden City
This scheme is to provide 8,500 new homes within the Otterpool Park Garden City proposals. The development plans are split into multiple phases with works to be carried out over a 10-year period.
The master developer works also include new primary and secondary schools, new leisure and sports centre facilities and town centre improvements.
