Comprehensive new build office and theatre development above Tottenham Court Road tube station

This complex over-site development consists of a contemporary office, retail accommodation and a new 600-seat, state-of-the-art theatre. This meant overcoming significant structural and acoustic challenges, creating the first new theatre in the West End in 50 years. Creation of a new public realm to link the theatre and the office with Charing Cross Road and Soho Square.
