David Thornley

David brings nearly 35 years of experience from a variety of sectors, working in central London, as well as across Europe and the Middle East.

David is passionate about delivering excellence for his clients. With over 25 years’ experience in the London commercial property market, he has a proven track record in the delivery and leadership of significant projects including grade A, central London, landmark new build and refurbishment developments, as well as a number of major headquarter fit outs. He has worked with wider programmes for some of the leading financial, tech, retail businesses and government bodies. These clients include Derwent London, Landsec, British Land, GPA, Citi, Sky, SCB, Morgan Stanley, M&S and Apple.

He is a natural leader and builds lasting relationships with teams, clients, project stakeholders and the wider supply chain. His strengths lie in complex commercial property projects, from early inception through to completion, which more than not, require innovative and bespoke solutions to support clients achieve their project and programme objectives.

David recently joined exigere having previously been an equity partner at Davis Langdon and then leading AECOM’s London cost management team and its London commercial sector for 10 years.
