PartnerMital brings 19 years of experience, with the last 10 years focused on the London commercial market, delivering prestigious new build and refurbishment developments for blue chip clients including Derwent London and Landsec.
Having started out at Sweett Group in 2004, he moved to AECOM in 2013 before joining exigere as a partner in 2022.
Mital's key strengths include building relationships with all stakeholders for the benefit of the project that leads to working successfully and collaboratively with large multi-disciplinary design teams, delivering complex projects on time and to budget.
A Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, Mital has been an APC Chair/Assessor since 2012 and oversees exigere’s APC development programme.
