Simon Willis

Having joined exigere as a partner in 2023, Simon further strengthens the Engineering Services leadership team with his wealth of experience across a variety of sectors.

He has worked successfully on a broad range of projects spanning commercial offices, data centres, life science, masterplanning, residential, education, retail, arts and culture projects, and more recently, low/zero carbon retrofit schemes.

Simon has a reputation for working on high-value, complex projects such as Foster + Partners’ 18 Blackfriars Road, Landsec’s 55 Old Broad Street and Timber Square developments, whilst also leading client and market engagement efforts.

Prior to joining exigere, Simon worked at notable consultancy firms including Alinea, Deloitte Real Estate and Gardiner & Theobald.

Simon brings a proactive and hands-on mindset to the delivery of projects, building client confidence by strategically finding solutions together. His focus is on consistently delivering excellent service and adding value to projects through a flexible and collaborative approach.
