Wade Pasfield

Wade is a partner within our engineering services team. He works across multiple sectors with a specialist focus on healthcare, education and life sciences.

With a background working for a BMS subcontractor, he spent two years as a residential cost consultant, before moving to RLB in New Zealand where he became an MEP cost consultant. After five years in New Zealand, he moved to North America with RLB, before moving to London to join exigere in 2015. The London market appealed to Wade due to the history and heritage behind the city, creating a unique challenge from an MEP perspective, implementing new technologies into historic buildings.

A key project for Wade, is OneWelbeck, converting commercial offices to healthcare. The original scheme, for American client Ambulatory Surgery International (ASI), converted office space into a private high-end medical facility, incorporating products that had not yet been introduced to the London market. He has supported ASI from the beginning, helping to bring its vision to reality, and continues to assist in the development and rollout of high-end medical facilities across the country.

Wade enjoys working within our engineering services team as it enables him to form relationships with clients and engineers across a variety of sectors in a specialism that is fast paced and agile.
