Heavy office refurbishment within the Hatton Garden Conservation Area
This heavy refurbishment project located within the Hatton Garden Conservation Area, plans to increase visual and physical connectivity throughout the building by linking the existing three units into one large office building.
The move will reposition the building in the market, allowing for a new entrance reception to Vine Hill and two double-height original vaults.
