Grade II listed flexible co-purpose workspace for charities in the heart of Victoria
This Grade II listed refurbishment scheme comprised repairs to the historic façade, replacement of windows, stair core refresh, and roof terraces to the communal areas.
The project used a sustainable approach with reclaimed brickwork, green roofs, recycled window frames, photovoltaic panels and improved thermal performance.
The works completed to Category B, which included creation of meeting rooms, all internal finishes and joinery, operating supplies and equipment.
