PartnerSpecialising in the central London commercial office sector - both major refurbishment and new build - George has vast experience working with London’s premium developer clients and architects, delivering design-led schemes for clients including Derwent London, BEAM, The Crown Estate and Endurance Land. Most recently, he has worked on delivering prime, Grade A office space in Mayfair at 36-38 Berkeley Square and 50 Berkeley Street on behalf of BEAM.
Before joining exigere in 2016, George spent time at G&T, also working with both large developer clients, as well as high-net worth individuals alike.
George prides himself on being a proactive and personable member of the client team, being actively involved from the outset to collaboratively deliver successful projects for his clients.
He boasts excellent team management skills, sound knowledge of construction contracts, and can effectively convey commercial and contractual advice.
