Exigere strengthens leadership with two equity partner appointments
Exigere is proud to announce the promotion of George Brown and Jack Lewis to equity partners, reflecting our commitment to long-term leadership progression and investment in senior talent.
George Brown marks his tenth year at exigere, specialising in major central London commercial office redevelopments. He is recognised for providing clear, concise advice and hands-on involvement from project inception to completion. George works with key clients including Berkeley Estate Asset Management, The Crown Estate, L+R, and Monument Estates. Beyond project delivery, he plays a pivotal role in recruitment strategy and people development across the business.
Jack Lewis joined exigere in 2019 and now becomes an equity partner. He leads our workspace team, focusing on the London office fit‑out market. Trusted by clients for his diligence, reliability, and practical commercial thinking, Jack ensures fast-moving projects stay aligned and delivers consistent results. He has been instrumental in expanding exigere’s workspace capability, working with clients such as Bloomberg, A&O Shearman, Meta, and BDO.
These appointments recognise their sustained contributions to the business and further strengthen the depth of our senior team as we continue to build capacity for the next stage of our five-year plan.
In line with our growth, Exigere is also preparing to expand its Clerkenwell home at Morelands, moving to a larger, upgraded space in Autumn 2026 - demonstrating our long-term commitment to both our people and our location.
Partner Niall Aitken said:
"These appointments reflect our commitment to long-term leadership progression. George and Jack have earned the trust of clients and colleagues through consistent delivery and effective team leadership. They are both valued additions at board level and will make a significant contribution. We have also chosen to remain in Clerkenwell, continuing to nurture the culture we love in a location and building we value."
