Thirty High refurbishment scheme has commenced

This unique project for Landsec will provide prime office space with amazing views across the city, enhancing the surrounding area with a refurbished façade, a rooftop extension and new windows throughout.

Designed to be net zero in both construction and operation, the scheme is also targeting WELL Core Gold and BREEAM ‘Outstanding’.

With completion expected in summer 2025, we are looking forward to seeing the project develop and are excited to work on another iconic Landsec scheme, alongside the talented teams at Opera, Buckley Gray Yeoman, Watkins Payne and Parmarbrook.
