Fora's second offering ‘south of the river’ providing premium coworking space
The space was taken from shell and core fit out, providing a range of coworking spaces, including meeting rooms, cellularised space and a ground floor café which also serves as an events space. The project had to adapt to the demands of tenants as and when pre-lets were agreed post contract.
