Sympathetic refurbishment of a 20th century warehouse with the original fabric retained where possible. The project's existing structural steelwork were exposed, the entrance and cores upgraded, and office spaces refurbished, together with an additional floor constructed from structural steel, glazed curtain walling and green roof added.
