Full refurbishment of the existing building including replacement of existing stone facade, all new MEP, toilets, reception and Cat A. The project included repositioning of office entrance and reconfiguration of ground floor as well as the installation of new internal mezzanine infills to existing office atrium plus a pavilion to rooftop terrace. The project was fully pre-let and GPE’s first Net Zero Carbon development.
