Grade II-listed flexible co-purpose workspace for charities in the heart of Victoria
This Grade II-listed building has been transformed into a flexible workspace for charities and social value organisations. The refurbishment included repairing the historic façade, replacing windows, refreshing stair cores, and adding roof terraces to communal areas.
Emphasising sustainability, the scheme features reclaimed brickwork, green roofs, recycled window frames, photovoltaic panels, and enhanced thermal performance.
The works completed to Category B, which included creation of meeting rooms, all internal finishes and joinery, operating supplies and equipment.
