New build development providing a 192-key hotel and 42,000 sq ft of office space. The project includes a rooftop bar and terrace, exposed concrete soffits, exposed brick slip internal walls to office floors and an entirely offsite fabricated façade, with pre-cast Petersen brick panels and Schuco windows installed offsite prior to being delivered to the site and installed.
