Demolition and construction of a grade A modern office building
This mixed use development incorporates the existing residential block to provide a new gym at basement level and retail at ground floor. New commercial space was constructed from ground to fourth floor; demolition and construction of the grade A modern office building was within tight constraints due to surrounding residential properties, offices and recording studios.
