The 30-storey refurbishment scheme in Victoria will provide prime office space with amazing views across the city, enhancing the surrounding area with a refurbished façade, a rooftop extension and new windows throughout.
The new rooftop extension will accommodate a restaurant and terrace space, along with a double-height entrance pavilion to welcome visitors. The new Grade A offices will be complemented by high-quality amenity facilities, offering fantastic panoramic views of the city. The new windows, including feature full-height strip curtain walling, combined with an external façade treatment, will transform Thirty High into a premier destination in Victoria.
Designed to be net zero in construction and operation, the scheme also targets WELL Core Gold, BREEAM Outstanding and NABERS 5* rating.
