Converting existing office space into MHRA-accredited, Clinical Recovery space
This scheme converted the existing office space into MHRA-accredited, clinical recovery space, expanding the client's facilities for first-in-human studies, advancing science and driving innovation in drug development. Works were undertaken in an operational building sensitive to noise, dust and other contaminants that may affect ongoing trials.
Further offices, meeting rooms and archive spaces have been provided in a neighbouring converted Victorian warehouse building, situated in a private cobblestone courtyard, a stone’s throw from Borough Market and London Bridge.
