It includes BCL2 lab-enabled facilities within a G+4 structure, complemented by a basement for parking and plant equipment. Additionally, the development will feature two floors of incubator spaces operated by Breakthrough, as well as a café, gym, reception area, and end-of-trip facilities.
The project prioritises sustainability, incorporating all-electric heating and cooling systems, passive design features, reduced water consumption, and provisions for electric vehicles and bicycles.
