Passing the APC and becoming Chartered Surveyors is a significant milestone - one that both Annie and Dan have reached through hard work and perseverance.

Annie: 

“I’m really proud to have passed my APC! Following the success of my summer placement, I was fortunate to rejoin the team after my final year at university. Since then, I’ve had the chance to work with some fantastic clients and even completed a rotation with our MEP team. Exposure to such a diverse range of projects and clients has been invaluable to my professional development and undoubtedly played a big part in helping me succeed through the APC process.”

Dan: 

“Walking into exigere as a bare-faced 18-year-old apprentice, the idea of becoming a Chartered Surveyor felt like a distant dream. Now that I’ve achieved it, I can honestly say it’s one of the proudest moments of my life. Every late night and challenge along the way has been worth it, driven by the passion for the profession that exigere has helped me discover. A huge thank you to everyone who has supported me on this journey so far. I’m excited for what the future holds.”
