George Brown


Specialising in the central London commercial office sector - both major refurbishment and new build - George has vast experience working with London’s premium developer clients and architects, delivering design-led schemes for clients including Derwent London, BEAM, The Crown Estate and Endurance Land. Most recently, he has worked on delivering prime, Grade A office space in Mayfair at 36-38 Berkeley Square and 50 Berkeley Street on behalf of BEAM.

Before joining exigere in 2016, George spent time at G&T, also working with both large developer clients, as well as high-net worth individuals alike.

George prides himself on being a proactive and personable member of the client team, being actively involved from the outset to collaboratively deliver successful projects for his clients. 

He boasts excellent team management skills, sound knowledge of construction contracts, and can effectively convey commercial and contractual advice. George is a passionate, driven individual who enjoys collaboratively delivering successful projects for his clients, taking responsibility for delivering schemes from feasibility stage through to completion.

George is actively involved in our projects from the outset, being a passionate and proactive member of the team. He is clear and articulate in the advice he offers, and I know he will always go the extra mile to ensure our needs are met. George has an excellent team around him which strive to ensure our design led, market leading schemes come to fruition within the identified budget.
