George specialises in the central London commercial office sector, focusing on both major refurbishments and new builds. He has amassed extensive experience working with London's premium developers and architects, delivering design-led schemes. His notable projects include prime Grade A office spaces at 38 Berkeley Square and 50 Berkeley Street for clients including Derwent London, BEAM, The Crown Estate, and Endurance Land.

Before joining exigere in 2016, George worked at Gardiner & Theobald, where he collaborated with large developer clients and high-net-worth individuals, enhancing his diverse portfolio and deepening his industry insights.

George is known for his proactive and personable approach, actively engaging with all project stages to ensure collaborative and successful outcomes. He boasts robust team management skills, a sound understanding of construction contracts, and the ability to effectively convey commercial and contractual advice. Passionate and driven, George is committed to leading projects from the feasibility stage through to completion, consistently achieving client satisfaction.
