PartnerMark specialises in complex refurbishment and repositioning projects, with particular expertise in office, heritage and heavy cut and carve schemes.
With over 15 years’ experience, he brings a practical, commercially focused approach to projects involving significant structural intervention, phased delivery and challenging existing buildings. His recent work includes 20 Giltspur Street, The Carter, 170 Piccadilly and 50 Stratton Street.
Mark also brings wider experience across health, science, education, sport and leisure. His project experience includes the Francis Crick Institute, University of Southampton, All England Lawn Tennis Club and the Stirling Prize-winning Kingston Town House, giving him a broad understanding of different client priorities, procurement routes and project drivers.
Alongside project delivery, Mark plays an active role in exigere’s digital development. As part of the Product Team, he supports the transformation of CostX across the business, helping to improve measurement processes, cost capture, consistency and transparency.
Mark also contributes to wider industry discussion through his role on the NLA Expert Panel for education.
