Russell leads from the front, works well under pressure with a positive/solution focused attitude and supports the whole professional team often going above and beyond. Russell is a hugely trusted colleague, who has expertly built and maintained strong relationships at Sky and I would personally and professionally recommend him to any other business or colleague.
Russell joined exigere as a partner in 2018. He specialises in the offices sector, working across a range of new build, refurbishment and fit out projects.
Russell brings exceptional industry experience having worked on a large number of high-end corporate occupier and fit-outs across London and the UK. He has worked on the Stirling prize-winning Bloomberg Building, Sky’s headquarters in Osterley and Derwent London’s £260m mixed-use development over Tottenham Court Road’s Crossrail station, Soho Place. Most recently he has worked on the new headquarters building for Google at London’s Kings Cross.
Prior to joining exigere, Russell spent 16 years with AECOM (formerly Davis Langdon) where he led the 30-strong corporate solutions team, primarily focused on helping global corporate Blue Chip clients achieve their workspace needs.
He adds value at the very outset of a project, interrogating the brief to ensure that project parameters and processes are correctly set up, and will provide a robust foundation for ongoing review. He has a collaborative approach, motivated by a desire to achieve best value for clients alongside great design.
