Willien Irvia

Willien helps clients bring clarity to complex and technically demanding projects, combining strong cost consultancy expertise with a detailed understanding of project delivery, structural challenges and data-led decision-making.

With experience across the UK and New Zealand, she specialises in large-scale commercial projects, including major cut and carve schemes, tall buildings, new build offices and technically challenging refurbishments. Her recent work includes 10 Cabot Square, Tenter, Woolgate and Arding & Hobbs.

Willien is particularly focused on the role of digital innovation in cost consultancy. She works closely with clients and project teams to develop live parametric modelling, benchmarking and data analysis, helping to test options, identify trends and support better-informed decisions from the earliest stages of a project.

Her experience on major schemes has shaped a tenacious, proactive and detail-focused approach. She is known for going the extra mile, maintaining high standards and keeping sight of the bigger picture, even on projects with significant scale, structural complexity or ambitious sustainability targets.

Alongside project delivery, Willien plays an active role in exigere’s technical and digital development. She leads the Structural Working Group, contributes to benchmarking and data analysis initiatives, and supports the team through APC mentoring. As a RICS APC counsellor and assessor, she also helps develop technical knowledge and professional standards across the business. 

In 2025, she took part in a Footprint panel, contributing to wider industry discussion and thought leadership.
