This contemporary Category A+ refurbishment has repositioned an existing office building to meet the demands of today’s workplace environment, delivering high-quality, flexible office accommodation throughout. The scheme combines carefully considered design enhancements with targeted building improvements, creating an attractive and functional destination for occupiers.
A standout feature of the project is the introduction of bespoke meeting rooms, featuring refined timber panelling that adds warmth and character to the workplace. An external roof terrace further enhances the occupier experience, providing valuable outdoor amenity space and supporting wellbeing, collaboration and informal working.
The refurbishment also included the replacement of the building’s roof waterproofing and a series of light-touch façade improvements, ensuring the long-term performance of the asset while refreshing its appearance. At ground-floor level, the former retail unit was converted into Grade A office space, maximising the building’s efficiency and creating a cohesive workplace environment across the development.
