Joining exigere after a decade as the leader of AECOM's London cost management team and its commercial sector, and before that, an equity partner at Davis Langdon, David's expertise in the commercial property market is extensive and well-regarded.

Passionate about delivering excellence, David has over 25 years of experience in the London commercial property market. His portfolio includes leading significant projects such as Grade A new builds, central London landmark refurbishments, and major headquarters fit outs. His clientele spans leading financial institutions, tech giants, retail brands, and government bodies, including Derwent London, Landsec, British Land, GPA, Citi, Sky, SCB, Morgan Stanley, Marks & Spencer, and Apple.

David is a natural leader known for building enduring relationships with teams, clients, project stakeholders, and the wider supply chain.
