Josh specialises in complex commercial office projects, with extensive experience across new builds, asset regeneration and major cut and carve schemes.

He brings a calm, measured and practical approach to projects of all scales, particularly those involving challenging existing buildings, complex client requirements and significant technical coordination. His project experience includes Holden House, Faryners House, Hill House, 80 Goswell Road, White Collar Factory, Botanic Place, Salisbury Square and Derwent London’s asset portfolio.

Josh leads exigere’s Facade Working Group, providing in-house technical expertise and support to project teams across the business. His understanding of facade challenges, combined with his wider commercial office experience, helps clients and design teams identify sensible solutions and manage risk more effectively.

Known for his collaborative style and steady judgement, Josh focuses on finding the right route through complex project challenges, bringing people with him and keeping delivery moving. He is highly respected within the team and has built long-standing client relationships.

Alongside project delivery, Josh supports the next generation of surveyors through mentoring and his role as a RICS assessor. He also contributes to wider business development, helping exigere explore opportunities beyond London and Cambridge, while building on the business’ wider UK experience.
