He also brings experience across the education, healthcare and hotel sectors, working within complex stakeholder environments and demanding programme constraints.
He is known for building strong relationships across project teams, ensuring client objectives are clearly understood and delivered. Mital combines emotional intelligence with strategic thinking to communicate key information clearly and manage it effectively throughout the project lifecycle, keeping clients’ priorities firmly in focus.
A strong advocate for wellbeing, Mital founded the exigere Run Club and leads regular networking runs with industry partners.
Mital has been an RICS chair and assessor since 2012 and provides strategic oversight of the exigere APC programme, supporting graduate and apprentice cohorts.
