PartnerMital brings over 20 years of experience in successfully delivering projects across the commercial market, specialising in new builds, refurbishments, and fit outs. He began his career at Sweett Group in 2004, later joining AECOM in 2013, before becoming a partner at exigere in 2022.
He is known for building strong relationships with all project stakeholders, ensuring that client objectives are met effectively. Mital combines emotional intelligence with strategic insight to communicate key information clearly and manage it efficiently throughout the project lifecycle, always keeping clients' primary goals at the forefront.
Mital has been instrumental in delivering prestigious new build and refurbishment projects for renowned clients such as Derwent London and Landsec.
A passionate advocate for wellness, Mital founded the exigere Run Club and initiated the monthly invitational series. These events bring together clients, project managers, designers, and contractors through shared running activities, fostering collaboration and wellbeing.
